NOTICE is hereby given that the 46th Annual General Meeting of The Singapore Association For Continuing Education shall be convened at 4.00 pm on 30th May 2024 at the Auditorium, National Design Centre, 111 Middle Road, Singapore 188969.

The AGENDA includes the following

1. To confirm the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting,
2. To receive the Statement of Accounts for the previous year,
3. To appoint/re-appoint a firm as auditors,
4. To consider any resolution, motion, or proposal of which due notice has been given to
the Secretary
5. To discuss general business

IMPORTANT NOTES

Members who wish to add any items to the AGENDA are required to deliver their written
resolutions, motions, or proposals, duly seconded by another member, to the Secretary no
later than 5.00PM on 12th May 2024 at 111 North Bridge Rd, #07-05/06 Peninsula Plaza,
Singapore 179098.

The AGENDA, incorporating all items submitted by members, shall be circulated on 16th May 2024 together with (1) Minutes of the 45th Annual General Meeting, (2) Statement of Accounts for the Previous Year, and (3) other information and documents where necessary.
