NOTICE is hereby given that the 45^th Annual General Meeting of The Singapore Association For Continuing Education shall be convened at 12.00 Noon on 31^st May 2023 at Multi-Purpose Hall, Kebun Bahru Community Club, 216 Ang Mo Kio Ave 4, Singapore 569897.

The AGENDA includes the following

1. To receive the Annual Report
2. To receive the statement of accounts for the previous year
3. To elect Office Bearers
4. To consider any resolution, motion, or proposal of which due notice has been given to the Secretary
5. To discuss general business

IMPORTANT NOTES

Members who wish to offer themselves for election to the Board of Directors are required to deliver their NOMINATION FORMS to the Secretary no later than 5.00PM on 17^th May 2023 at 111 North Bridge Rd, #07-05/06 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098.

Members who wish to add any items to the AGENDA are required to deliver their written resolutions, motions, or proposals to the Secretary no later than 5.00PM on 17th May 2023 111 North Bridge Rd, #07-05/06 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098.

The AGENDA, incorporating all items submitted by members, shall be circulated on 20^th May 2023 together with (1) Minutes of the 44^nd Annual General Meeting, (2) Statement of Accounts for the Previous Year, and (3) other information and documents where necessary.
