About National Silver Academy (NSA)
The National Silver Academy (NSA) is a network of post-secondary education institutions (PSEIs) (i.e. ITE, polytechnics, universities and arts institutions) and community-based organisations that offer learning opportunities that are subsidised for seniors. Seniors and PRs aged 50 years and above can look forward to attending short courses and bite-sized courses that are exam free. For courses run by community-based organisations, the final fee payable – for both Singaporean and Permanent Resident seniors – takes into account the support given by the government to community-based organisations to develop and offer the short courses.
About The Singapore Association for Continuing Education (SACE)
The Singapore Association for Continuing Education (SACE) is a registered charity with MOE. It offers over 80 courses under the National Silver Academy, most of which are highly subsidised for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents aged 50 and above. SACE serves the continuing learning needs of adults of all ages.

Objective | Participants with a common interest in dancing will form a social group to learn and perform a number of choreographed dance routines. Dance routines builds discipline, good work attitudes, relationships and general health. This affects mood and energy levels leading to higher productivity at work. The classes are for Development Level who have attended Beginners classes and would like to progress to improvers level. |
Description |
This course aims to develop your coordination, style and grace in performing choreographed dances as a group. This course builds on the knowledge and skills learnt in Choreographed Dance Performance Training (Level 1).

Za is a dance and drama Instructor as well as a theatre practitioner on stage, concerts, TV and films in schools, NUS, Cecelia Hon Ballet Theatre, NAFA, YMCA Orchard, Charitable organisations, Experimental Arts Theatre, and SACE. She has obtained a BA (Counselling Psychology), Diploma (Theory and Demonstration of Modern Theatre Dance), and Certificate (Basic to Advanced Acting Course).

Bras Basah MRT – 2 mins walk from Exit A – Cross to Queen Street – turn right and walk along Queen Street – go past the Catholic Church , Oxford Hotel, Arts Place. Waterloo Centre is on your left Bencoolen MRT – 4 mins walk from Exit A to Bencoolen Street, turn right and walk towards Middle Road – walk past NAFA and turn right on Middle Road, then turn right on Waterloo Street – Waterloo Centre is after the GSM Building. Take the stairs opp SCWO and past SPACOS. Go past the bicycle shop and The Q Shop (keep to the right of the Stairs) and walk straight ahead to Bolly Dancing Studio. Bugis MRT – 5 mins walk from Exit C/ Bugis Junction – walk along Victoria Street, turn right to cross Victoria and turn left into Middle Road at National Design Centre – Walk along Middle Road – cross to Bank of China and turn left towards Queen Street – keep walking and go up the steps at Yang Yang Opticals and straight in to Bolly Dancing Studio |
